44+C (111F) here today in Melbourne. Authorities have recommended that you stay inside, drink lots of fluid and check on the elderly etc. This is at the end of a fortnight of 35+C (95F). Cool change coming tonight though - 23 (73F) tomorrow.

Hope you warm up soon.
