Spicy Cacciatorini & Chilean Pinot: This Is My Yoga!
Hmm...
I picked up a Chilean Pinot Noir and some cacciatorini sausage from places down Tremont Street this afternoon...
I wanted something spicy for a late afternoon snack... And I wanted a juicy wine to compliment it. It was perfect!
So perfect, in fact, that I wanted more of the sausage and wine... For dinner!
Using my typical "go-to" essential for dinner lately (frozen pasta), I decided to "mix-it-up" with the "mix-ins."
I used the spicy sausage (crisping it up in a pan with some olive oil) and chopped green olives.
Delicious!
The Husband and I both agreed that this was one of the best meals we had ever had.
