Macadamia Nut Pancakes!

I was watching a show on the Food Network earlier this week and saw someone making pancakes with macadamia nuts in them.  I got inspired and decided to give them a try myself.

Macadamia nuts aren't cheap... But I think they're more for baking and mixing in to stuff than actually snacking on individually, like peanuts.  When you chop just a few up...

... They make enough to sprinkle in to some pancake batter!

The soft crunch of the nut in between bites of cake is delicious.
