Day 18: Out Damn Spot!
In today's class, I kept seeing a blue spot.
A nice deep blue spot. Right in between my eyes. It was driving me crazy. It was strongest in Cobra and the various Locust poses.
Blue is associated with the Throat Chakra. It is responsible for creativity, expression, psychic levels and inspiration.
I don't feel particularly psychic or inspired. I am always able to express myself. And creativity comes and goes.
I do hope I see it in tomorrow's sessions... Which is Day 19.
